RBE's programs include the VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) program which is free to parents who apply at the Early Learning Coalition. We also have a Community Service Center at this location. Hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week. A vegetarian food store is also available in this facility.
